Our role
NorthSea Commodity Partners acts as an independent commercial intermediary and does not take title to commodities unless explicitly stated in a transaction-specific agreement. This page describes an approach to reviewing opportunities, not a certification or guarantee of a counterparty.
Counterparty qualification
Prospective counterparties may be asked for registration information, business contacts, ownership information and evidence of signatory authority. Suppliers should identify whether they act as a producer, owner, authorised mandate or intermediary. Claimed authority must be supported by evidence.
Product and origin
Specifications, origin information, assays, inspection documentation and other appropriate evidence may be requested. Documents and claims remain subject to verification. An introduction does not certify quality, ownership or availability.
Sanctions and trade restrictions
Opportunities must be assessed against applicable sanctions, export controls and trade restrictions relevant to parties, products, origin, destination, routing and payment arrangements. Enquiries may be declined or paused where information is insufficient or a relevant restriction or concern remains unresolved.
Integrity and payments
False documentation, bribery and misleading claims have no place in a commercial introduction. Do not treat an introduction as confirmation that payment instructions are genuine. Verify beneficiary details independently through established channels. NorthSea does not provide escrow or payment guarantees through this website.
Authority and remuneration
Representation, mandate authority, services and any fee or commission must be explicitly agreed in writing. No exclusivity or authority to bind another party is created by a form submission or initial discussion.
Raise a concern
Report suspected impersonation, questionable documentation or concerns about an introduction to trade@northseacommodity.com. Include relevant context without payment credentials or unnecessary personal documents.
