NorthSea Commodity Partners acts as an independent commercial intermediary and does not take title to commodities unless explicitly stated in a transaction-specific agreement.
No binding offer
Website content and enquiries are not binding offers, supply commitments, purchase orders or mandates. A submission does not establish an agency, exclusivity arrangement or contract. Engagement, fees, commission, authority and transaction obligations require an express written agreement.
Product verification
Commodity descriptions indicate areas of focus rather than owned inventory or confirmed availability. Specifications, purity, origin, grade, documentation, pricing and delivery must be verified and agreed for each transaction. No certification, mandate or completed transaction is implied.
Your responsibilities
Provide accurate information that you are authorised to disclose. Each counterparty remains responsible for its own due diligence, professional advice and contractual decisions. Do not submit misleading material, impersonate a business or misuse this website.

Commercial agreements
Do not submit highly sensitive information through initial forms. Confidentiality, non-circumvention, inspection, payment mechanisms, remuneration and dispute provisions should be agreed separately in writing. Transaction-specific agreements govern the commercial engagement. Governing law and dispute arrangements should be addressed in those agreements.
